Tools And Resources For Weight Loss

TOOLS - FAT LOSSToday we launch our Tools And Resources page, which gives you easy to access links to all the key tools and resources covered on the site.

This new page can be easily accessed from the main menu bar and new resources will be added to the list over time so do check back regularly or sign-up for your free updates and notifications.

In addition to a list of the most used and referenced tools on the site I’ve added a detailed overview to two of the most requested calculators, these being the Basal Metabolic Rate and Body Mass Index calculators.

Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is a way to calculate your average daily calorie needs so that you know what you need and how much you can safely afford to cut to lose weight.

Body Mass Index (BMI) is a standard measure of body weight in relation to height, which puts you into a weight classification category (underweight, normal, overweight, obese or morbidly obese).
